The Linden Steam Academy Art Show went really well! We had lots of parents and friends stop in to see the student artwork. We displayed examples from five different areas in our A-Z art program: Ancient Art, Renaissance Art, Early American Art, Impressionist Art and Modern Art. Our modern abstracts and ancient Grecian urns got a lot of attention. I am so proud of all my students for their hard work!
The Channel Surfers also got to present the mural in room 105 that they have been working on for the last 12 weeks. I spent a few days painting the room to prepare it for the next batch of DIY Mural Art students. We are making a lot of progress and have some great ideas brewing for the next session.
